The Earn.com Update — January 26, 2018

We’re excited to announce several new features on Earn.com including Airdrops, Invites, Gmail integration on our mobile apps, and more. We’ve also added several new lists and are beta testing the upcoming Earnable Token.

Launch your Token with an Earn.com Airdrop

This week we were thrilled to announced the launch of Earn.com Airdrops — a new way for blockchain entrepreneurs to give 100,000+ Earn.com users a free trial of any new coin or token. Airdrops allows token projects to instantly bootstrap your new blockchain project with 100,000+ cryptocurrency early adopters.

We announced our first Airdrop partner, CanYa — a decentralized marketplace for services — as well as the next three upcoming Airdrops: Bloom, Bee Token, and Vezt. Sign up for an account on Earn.com, verify your account, and download the Earn.com mobile apps on iOS or Android apps to become eligible.

The next batch of Airdrops will be for Bloom, Bee Token, and Vezt. To be eligible for these Airdrops, you need to be a verified Earn.com user and meet the criteria that these projects have set.

Invite and earn up to $100 of bitcoin

One of the most highly requested features from our users has been for a way to invite people to join Earn.com. Beginning this week, we launched invites — a way to invite your network to join Earn.com and earn up to $100 worth of bitcoin. For each contact you invite that signs up and created a verified profile, you will earn $1 of BTC.

Earn up to $100 of bitcoin by sharing your referral link with contacts in your network. You can share your referral link via email, social media, Reddit, YouTube, and more.

To encourage and incentivize high quality invites, Earn.com users are currently limited to a maximum of 100 invites — so use them wisely! Note that in order for new users to be verified, they must link both their LinkedIn account as well as an institutional email (e.g. @stanford.edu or @google.com).

You can invite your contacts to join Earn.com in three ways:

1. Share your referral link
2. Link your Gmail account and invite your address book
3. Type in emails and invite people one by one

Track the status of every contact you have invited, as well as view your total bitcoin earnings.

New lists

We’ve added several new cryptocurrency and investing lists to Earn.com including new cryptocurrency lists like cryptocurrency traders, cryptocurrency exchange executives, token founders, and cryptocurrency fund managers. We’ve also added new lists for management consultants, marketing professionals, private equity investors, investment bankers, software user testers and more. If you qualify for any of the new lists, apply to join. If accepted to a list, you will receive a stream of list-specific tasks sent by businesses that you can complete to earn money or fund charities.

App redesign

We’ve updated the look and feel of our mobile app on both iOS and Android, which includes a streamlined bottom-level navigation bar and room for our upcoming token launch.

Gmail bounces on mobile

The Earn.com Gmail integration allows you to bounce emails from users outside your contact list and let them to pay to reach you. The motivation behind the integration is that marketers, recruiters, salespeople, and other types of senders of unsolicited commercial email now have an easy way to compensate you for reading and replying to their messages. Previously, this feature was only available to users on our website. Now, you can enable this feature directly from the mobile app.

Your time is valuable, and sorting through emails from people you don’t know — like marketers, recruiters and salespeople — can feel like work. With our Gmail integration, those senders now have an easy way to compensate you for the time spent reading and replying to their messages.

2. What’s in beta

Token payouts and cash out

We recently concluded a closed alpha test token payout and cash out test on the Ethereum mainnet for the upcoming Earnable Token launch. In this test, 30 people were sent tasks and when the task was completed, they were paid out in our ERC-20 token. To conclude the test, all participants cashed out their Earnable Tokens to an Ethereum wallet.
